Al Maha Desert Resort is an excellent 5-star hotel, nestled in the desert conservation reserve, framed by the Hajar Mountains. The hotel was built in the style of a traditional Bedouin encampment preserving a way of life which has not changed in thousands of years.

Accommodation
The hotel has comfortable and beautiful suites. The suites are carefully designed to correspond with the wonderful surroundings, drawing inspiration from traditional architecture. Guests’ areas are accommodated with traditional artifacts and precious antiquities.
The Owner's Suite has 2 spacious bedrooms, dining and living areas and residential quarters for guests' private staff.
The Royal Suites have 2 bedrooms, that feature a walk-in shower, king-sized bath, a "his and hers" vanity area, dressing area, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable lounge area, totaling a generous 175 square.
27 Bedouin Suites are generously proportioned and have hand-crafted care and attention to details. Each suite has a walk-in shower, king-sized bath, a "his and hers" vanity area, dressing area, mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities.
In order to conserve the desert’s most precious resource, all the water is fully recycled and returned to its groundwater source via an irrigation system.

Al Maha’s Jamilah Spa & Leisure Centre is nestled amidst the dunes near the main building and integrated into the main swimming pool and pool bar, offering the most modern professional fitness equipment.
The hotel’s guests can take part in a range of activities including falconry, horse and camel safaris, archery and guided nature walks.
